I am a complete beginner. Can I join?

Yes. Basics are taught step by step and rounds match your level.

Do I need to be fit before starting?

No. Grappling will build your cardio, strength and mobility.

Should I choose BJJ or wrestling?

Tell us your goal and we will recommend the class that fits your level.

Do you offer MMA classes in Tunis?

No. Grappling Garage does not offer MMA classes. Our BJJ, grappling and wrestling classes do build essential foundations used in MMA, including takedowns, control, defense and ground work.
